Conference Room

Whether it be a board meeting for 10 people or a larger group of 60, our Holiday Park is the perfect setting to have your next conference.

The Gold Coast Holiday Park Conference Facility is a private venue catering for the more intimate and boutique conferences or meetings. Containing one room and kitchen, the Conference Facility can seat up to 60 people in various formats.

Conference Room Rates

Hourly rates are provided, please contact the Front Office staff to discuss whole day or multiple day conference rates.

 

Conference Room Open Hours

9:00am - 6:00pm unless prior arranged with management.

Coffee, tea & iced water is provided by the park.

 

Breakfast Catering

Breakfast catering is provided in the Conference room facility. Seating up to 40 people per sitting. Please contact one of our Group Specialists to confirm your requirements.

 

Groups

It can sometimes be a challenge planning your school excursion, sports team group trip, or corporate trip.  The Gold Coast Holiday Park has a team of group specialists that focus on providing you with a single point of contact, assisting to organise:

  • Accommodation
  • Coach pick up/Airport transfers
  • Tours
  • Tickets to Gold Coast Attractions or theme parks
  • Catering - onsite and offsite options
  • Educational/curriculum activities 

 

We have a variety of cabins and studio units, and can accommodate in excess of 180 people. 

If you are coming to experience camping in Australia, we have many creek front and powered sites for you to choose from.

Our intention is to ensure you do not have to spend your time seaching the internet or contacting many different people.  We can do it for you.
